Grand Mercure Dubai City Hotel

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience overall. the room service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the airport shuttle service was a real lifesaver after a long flight. the wellness center had a lovely ambience, perfect for unwinding. the breakfast spread was delicious, and the WiFi connection was strong. the in-house gym, though small, was sufficient for a good workout.

There were a couple of areas that could use improvement. the check-in process was a bit slow, and some of the ladies at the counter seemed a bit rude.

Despite minor hiccups, I had a comfortable stay at the Grand Mercure Dubai City. The room was lovely, and the staff, including the receptionist and butlers, were kind. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Stayed at this hotel right after a trip and lemme tell ya, it's a gem close to the airport, just a short 5-minute ride which is hella convenient. Rooms are as fresh as a daisy, decked out with all ya need, and the staff? Polite and top-notch! The rooftop pool is a sweet spot to chill, but gotta say, being near the elevator was a wee bit noisy, kinda put a damper on my z's, ya feel me? a solid stay! 🌟

The relaxation facilities such as the spa & wellness center, swimming pool, and outdoor swimming pool complemented the experience perfectly. the nearby landmarks like Creek Park, Dubai Museum, and Deira City Center Shopping Mall contributed to enhancing family bonding in a unique way.

I chose Grand Mercure for its convenient location near TWO M art Gallery, and the hotel's exceptional service exceeded my expectations. The 24-hour front desk and Middle Eastern cuisine at Walima were delightful surprises, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with their exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and convenient location. the Spa & wellness centre provided the ultimate relaxation with a steam room and full body massage. Guests could also enjoy the beautiful Infinity pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the room advantages included a private balcony and a full espresso machine.

One minor issue was that we only received accessories for one person, but this was not a major inconvenience. this hotel was a phenomenal experience and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with exclusive facilities and top-notch service.

The room was like a dream - super cozy and felt so welcoming. The separate living room made me feel at home, and the rainfall showerhead was such a treat. It truly catered to my comfort needs as a disabled guest.

I found the iPod dock a bit outdated, but I understand some folks still enjoy them.

The breakfast spread was a taste bud rollercoaster, with local cakes stealing the show. The omelette and waffles were a hit, plus the cheese selection was on point. The location was a smooth operator to the airport, with free shuttle service.

The room needed a bit of TLC, with stains on the furniture begging for a makeover. The iron was on vacation mode, leaking water like a mini fountain.

Found a twin room with an iPod dock! Explored the unique Emirates culture at the Middle Eastern cuisine spot. Enjoyed a refreshing drink at one of the 2 bars. During the stay, discovered the stunning Dubai city view at the D Skyline Pool & Lounge. Conveniently located near GGCO Metro Station. The apartment featured a dining area, separate living room, and even a washing machine. Perfect for couples and business events. free extra beds for the kids. Bonus!

At the terrace, I enjoyed the stunning Dubai city view from the D Skyline Pool & Lounge. It was like being in the heart of the city's pulse, with the vibrant energy heightening the experience. The breathtaking skyline, with lights that seemed to dance, created a magical atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at a very nice 4-star hotel in Dubai. the staff, especially Mr Abbas at the front desk, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and well taken care of. the hotel team truly made a difference in our travel experience. the property was upscale and delightful, with clean and tidy rooms maintained by the housekeeping staff. the amenities and facilities, such as pools and workout areas, were free to use. the internet was strong and available throughout the hotel. We also appreciated the convenient location, with the GGICO metro station nearby and various grocery stores and restaurants in the area. we loved everything about this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

Our early check-in at 6 am was smooth and the Duty Manager upgraded our room, arranged an early breakfast and airport transport with a wake-up call. The service was excellent and made our layover comfortable and pleasant. we highly recommend this hotel for a hassle-free airport stay.

The room was spacious and uniquely designed, with the softest bed I've ever slept on. The pool was huge and the gym had updated and clean equipment. The hotel is in a very convenient location for travelers flying in or out of the nearby airport, and there are some good options for eating nearby. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the airport terminals which is handy for guests.

The hotel's services were lacking in certain areas, such as providing an additional bed in one guest's room.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. Despite arriving early, the duty team provided EXCELLENT service, arranging an upgraded room, early breakfast. The hotel amenities, like free Wi-Fi, on-site car park, and luggage storage. We enjoyed the outdoor dining area, restaurant, and coffee shop. The fitness studio, infinity pool, and spa were perfect for relaxation. The hotel also had laundry facilities and a well-equipped kitchenette. The children's pool, playground, and kids club were great for families. our stay was memorable and we highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stopover.

the rooms were spotless and the hotel is super close to the airport. breakfast had a variety of international food and even middle eastern treats. the beds were so comfy! the reception lady did her best to sort out a room when my reservation got canceled.
